Pastors Jim and Tina Von Wald Pastors Jim and Tina Von Wald moved to Foley in the spring of 2002 to be a part of the New Life Church plant. They are passionate about leading people into deeper relationships with God and each other. Prior to serving as pastor in Foley, Jim was a Probation/Parole Officer for 15 years. Jim enjoys sports and has officiated at the high school and college levels for 20 years. He is currently coaching football and baseball at Tina worked in training and leadership development for the State of Minnesota and several direct sales companies for 15 years. Upon moving to Foley Tina changed her focus to pastoral ministry and received her license to preach with the Assemblies of God. She is the worship pastor, church administrator and a graduate of Bethel University. Jim and Tina have been married for 25 years and have 3 children; Emma, Ella and Ean. |
Children's Pastor Shiloh and Robyn Morris In the spring of 2001, Pastor Shiloh and Robyn were part of the team who launched New Life Church in Foley. They are passionate about doing ministry together as a team. Creative, wacky, outside of the box and a heart for children are evidenced in their ministry. Both Pastor Shiloh and Robyn enjoy building relationships with families in the community. Pastor Shiloh is a substitute teacher in the Foley School System. Pastor Shiloh graduated from North Central University in 2000, with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies. Shiloh and Robyn have been married for 11 years and have three young boys; Ethan and Logan and Mason. |

“I tried, but no one ever called me” are painful words for a leader who has much work to do and not enough people willing to do it. These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
