Pastors Jim and Tina Von Wald
Pastors Jim and Tina Von Wald moved to Foley in the spring of 2002 to be a part of the New Life Church plant. They are passionate about leading people into deeper relationships with God and each other.
Prior to serving as pastor in Foley, Jim was a Probation/Parole Officer for 15 years. Jim enjoys sports and has officiated at the high school and college levels for 20 years. He is currently coaching football and baseball at Foley High School. Jim graduated from North Central University.
Tina worked in training and leadership development for the State of Minnesota and several direct sales companies for 15 years. Upon moving to Foley Tina changed her focus to pastoral ministry and received her license to preach with the Assemblies of God. She is the worship pastor, church administrator and a graduate of Bethel University.
Jim and Tina have been married for 27 years and have 3 children; Emma, Ella and Ean.

Associate Pastor Lee and Jen Harris
In the spring of 2006, Pastor Lee and Jen joined the New Life team. They moved to Foley the following summer. Pastor Lee works full time as the Director of Operations at a local company in Sartell.
After three years working with Ignite Youth, Pastor Lee and Jen added the Associate Pastor role to their responsibilities. Pastor Lee and Jen provide leadership and support to several different areas at New Life.
Pastor Lee attended Living Word Bible Institute, Northwestern and Global University and was licensed by the International Ministerial Fellowship (IMF) in April of 2006.
Lee and Jen have been married for 12 years and have 4 children: Braylie, Wyatt, Weston and Walker.

Children’s Pastor Jacob Raymond
Jacob joined our staff in September of 2011. He is excited to work with the
families of New Life Church. He is a North Central University graduate with a BA in Children’s and Family Ministry and a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Jacob was called into children’s ministries as sixth grader during a church camp and has been pursuing that calling ever since.
Jacob enjoys spending his free time on the lake fishing and with friends. He grew up playing soccer and football and now loves watching sports whenever he can.

Youth Pastor Nick Benson
In October of 2012, Nick joined our team as Youth Pastor. In 2012 he graduated from North Central University with a degree in Youth Ministry and is currently in the process of becoming a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. He was called into ministry while in high school and has been developing his skills as a youth leader ever since. Nick is looking forward to serving the families of Foley.
Nick is engaged to Casey Joyce, who is in her last year at North Central University studying Social Work. They plan on marrying next summer and are excited to do ministry together. They enjoy watching movies, playing sports, eating out, and hanging out with friends.

Early Childhood Director Bethany Silverness
Bethany joined our team as a volunteer Preschool/Toddler Coordinator in 
2007. She was hired as the director of Early Childhood in June of 2011. She brings a vast amount of experience with children and is passionate about helping our little ones love Jesus and enjoy church. She believes it is important for our children to be in a safe and secure environment with lots of love.
